LINZ Presentation - Cadastral Limited Titles Masterclass - WELLINGTON

Presented by Land Information New Zealand, the first part of this seminar will cover the statutory background to Land Transfer and Limited Titles including the responsibilities of a surveyor when re-establishing a limited title. Occupation of as boundary evidence, documentary evidence, conflicting evidence and adverse occupation will also be covered. The second part of the session will be a workshop covering various examples, followed by the third session where advanced aspects of Limited Title Boundaries will be discussed including a pplying for adverse possession of different classes of Land Information New Zealand, Limited titles and water boundaries and the issue of new limited titles and alternative processes.
