Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with the work carried out by a surveyor, you first course of action should be to contact the surveyor and let them know.  It's possible that careful communication may clear up any misunderstandings and shortcomings of either party.

If this doesn't resolve your dispute then other options are available.  Depending on the type or substance of the complaint thereare a number of courses of action which you can take if you are dissatisfiedwith the work of a surveyor you have engaged.
