Welcome to the Young Surveyors Group Webpage. The concept for the Young Surveyors Group was raised at the 2005 NZIS conference in Dunedin. Between November 2005 and October 2006 the group was set up, and a constitution drafted.
The aims of the Group are:
- The organisation of professional and social networking events for YSG members;
- To represent of the members of YSG within the NZIS;
- The provide a forum for discussing professional and technical matters of particular interest to YSG members;
- To establish a support network for NZIS members
- working towards MNZIS and/or Registered Professional Surveyor (RPSurv) status;
- To aid in the establishment and running of study groups for Acts and Regulations examination candidates;
