- Land Development Planning

Our Surveying team has a number of residential and rural projects to which we provide a varying
range of services, including Resource Management, surveying, and civil engineering.
The person we are looking for should be either:
- A recent New Zealand graduate, an experienced New Zealand Cadastral Surveyor, or a Survey
Technician and they should be:
- Conversant with LandonLine
- Familiar with survey software, including 12D
- Confident in communicating with clients
- Able to work independently and organise their own work schedules
- Competent with field work techniques for GPS and Total Stations
- Have a reasonable understanding of the RMA and the Auckland Unitary Plan
The work tasks include:
- Infill and multi lot subdivision
- Topographical surveying
- Engineering set out for civil engineering and buildings
- Subdivision scheme plan design
- Preparation of Land Transfer survey plans with LandonLine
