Growth in our client base has created an exciting opportunity for an Intermediate to Senior Surveyor to join our team. Inovo Projects is involved with some largest development projects in the South Island, in a variety of sectors including irrigation, tourism, commercial, residential and infrastructure.
Inovo is not your traditional multi-disciplined company. Our team of over 45 talented individuals provide specialist professional services to our clients in the disciplines of project management, project planning, architectural design, resource management planning, land development and surveying from our modern Christchurch office.
The successful candidate should ideally be an experienced New Zealand licensed Surveyor, graduate or a Technician who is familiar with Landonline and 12D software.
Key attributes of this role include;
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and organise work programs
- Proficient in fieldwork techniques for GPS and Total Station work
- A reasonable knowledge of the RMA and planning processes
Work tasks will include;
- Cadastral surveying
- Multi-lot developments
- Topographical surveying
- Industrial and engineering set out
- Providing data for BIM surveys
- Level and verticality surveys
- Management of projects
