Tertiary Scholarship Applications Open for Rotorua/BOP Students

The aim of the scholarship is to give students considering a career in land surveying an incentive to commence a course in land surveying in New Zealand. In New Zealand there are several tertiary institutions offering programmes to equip students for a career in Land Surveying or Spatial Technology.
The primary tertiary providers of the National Diploma in Surveying are Te Pūkenga-Unitec and Te Pūkenga -Toi-Ohomai. A Bachelor of Surveying degree can be studied at the University of Otago. Courses in Spatial Technology are also available (eg BAppSc GIS at Otago).
Applications from students in the region of Tauranga, Rotorua, Whakatane and Taupo will be considered. Closing date is 31 December 2024.
